This was a beautiful display they put together at the viewing before her funeral. These are my cute nieces. Shani did the flowers.
This is only the Hirschi portion of the family at the cemetary after the end of the funeral. All of the Wright family that was there would not fit in one picture - it was crazy!
We are so sad but happy for the loss of our Grandma Wright. We will miss her hugs & kisses, her molasses candy, and her cute little personality, but we are so thrilled for her heavenly reunion and the celebration she is having up there. She passed away a few weeks ago and we had her funeral the very end of September, but I haven't had a minute to post since then, so I will just have to catch you up now. She had a stroke on a Tuesday and was unable to swallow or barely open her eyes after that. We were all able to spend some wonderful time with her as she rested at Aunt Sheila's house. Much of the family came down and visited with her and we prayed together and visited together. Really, it was a beautiful family reunion - and a wonderful tribute to a wonderful lady. Her funeral was beautiful and myself and my sister-in-law Kristine and cousin Shani all were privileged to sing in the funeral. It was a beautiful honor. We will miss her dearly. Thank goodness for temple blessings and for the knowledge we have.
